SPRING EQUINOX WEEKEND

I will be running a 4 hour workshop on raw living foods teaching you how to create delicious plant based cheeses, fermented drinks, salads and desserts. The workshop will run from 12pm-4pm.
Later in the evening a supper club consisting of 5 courses of plant based treats, local spring water & ferments. This will be held 8pm-11pm.
These will be held at my home in Wells, Somerset. The address will be provided upon booking.

A weekly live class taught via Zoom teaching the benefits of plant based nutrition.
Recipes cover different topics each week with an opportunity for Q&A’s. Each session will start at 11am and runs for 2 hours.

The ingredient list will be sent out before all of the sessions. These will be recorded and sent out within 48 hours of the class for you to follow at your own leisure as the live class is better followed as a tutorial.

Join michelin trained Sarmado Sibley for a live online 5 hour festive class. Learn how to make chesnut and sage torte with miso gravy, truffled cauliflower cheese and cavolonero crisps. The afternoon also covers plating techniques and sweet treats including seasonal cheesecakes, gelato and chocolates. This session will be recorded.

Join Sarmado Sibley for a 2 hour online class created for building improved immunity, enhanced wellbeing and vibrant health. During the session learn how to incorporate nutritious and fermented foods such as: miso kale chips, superfood cacao drinks and adaptogenic winter salads. This session will be recorded.
