A weekly live class taught via Zoom teaching the benefits of plant based nutrition.
Recipes cover different topics each week with an opportunity for Q&A’s. Each session will start at 11am and runs for 2 hours.

The ingredient list will be sent out before all of the sessions. These will be recorded and sent out within 48 hours of the class for you to follow at your own leisure as the live class is better followed as a tutorial.

Upgrading your lifestyle and nutritional choices can lead to a greater sense of wellbeing and purpose. Learn how you can incorporate foods to improve or revise your current eating habits. The consultations can also be live kitchen sessions held via Zoom teaching you how to improve your kitchen skills. Carefully curated menus featuring locally sourced and organic plant based foods over five courses with house crafted fermented drinks. Learn new recipes, upgrade your current food choices or simply just improve with new ingredients, health protocols and tips in the kitchen.
