1:1 Phone Consultations


Upgrading your lifestyle and nutritional choices can lead to a greater sense of wellbeing and purpose. Learn how you can incorporate foods to improve or revise your current eating habits. The consultations can also be live kitchen sessions held via Zoom teaching you how to improve your kitchen skills. "Cultured" Workshops


Learn the ancient culinary techniques of fermentation and cultured foods in a live group class held via Zoom. All of the recipes and ingredient lists are provided before the class enabling you to participate fully in the session. Covering recipes to include kombuchas, water & plant based milk kefirs, cultured nut cheeses and vegan yoghurts.
