For over three decades I have been fortunate to have worked in some of the worlds leading kitchens alongside some of the finest chefs and leading luminaries in the world of plant based nutrition and holistic therapy.
Fond memories of Victorian walled kitchen gardens and peach vines in glass houses with local, sustainable and organic produce arriving daily in Michelin star kitchens to be turned into menus for our guests is what led me into a lifelong passion.
In 2005 meeting a ‘Macrobiotics’ teacher the quest switched from glamourous plates to studying the role of nutrition through various ancient culinary forms such as Ayurveda.
Later training in raw vegan plant based living and teaching meditation in south east Asia, Australia and India I returned back to the UK to share the benefits of a more balanced role of the foods we consume and how they effect our daily lives.
